While you may still have some Quality Streets left over after Christmas, save these for another day and eat those greens. With the increasing influence of vegan recipes, eating healthily has never been more accessible. Get your finances in order
Now, it’s after Christmas and you may well be a little tight on money as the New Year fast approaches. The advantage of this is that it encourages one to budget and be a little bit more sensible with money. However, don’t just be sensible with money in January – make it a habit of getting your finances in order throughout the year. The key to this is prioritising your expenses and always asking yourself the question of “do I really need this?”
Stress less and be more optimistic
Life is too short to be stressed over the tiniest things that we simply have no control over! It is always best to just accept that things happen and to ‘ride the wave’, as they say. Therefore, regardless of what 2020 may have in store, promise yourself to always stay optimistic. A positive attitude leads to a positive life, after all.
