Do you want to return something? No problem!

You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.

  • We’ll refund the price you purchased your item at – this includes sale items.
  • All goods will be inspected on return and must be in the same condition in which they arrived with you.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they are securely packed and include the original case and lens cloth that came with your order.
  • For us to accept returns, you will also need to provide us with the original order number, date of purchase and reason for return via email help@arlowolf.com or telephone: 0161 915 7161, ahead of sending.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • Upon receiving your returns and the return item(s) meeting our guidelines, we will email you with receipt confirmation, and then issue a refund to the original payment card within 15 working days.
  • The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Our returns address is:

  • Please note that whilst we can refund the cost of the glasses, additional lens upgrades are customer specific and therefore cannot be refunded. If you add an upgrade to your sunglasses, the lenses will be custom made for you. In the case of you wanting to return sunglasses with a lens upgrade, we will only refund the cost of the glasses, not the lenses.
  • If ordering glasses or sunglasses to Try Before You Buy, please be aware that we take a £1 charge from your card. This will be refunded upon receipt of the complete Try Before You Buy pack at our warehouse.
  • The Try Before You Buy service lasts for 1 week. The 1 week starts from confirmation by the Royal Mail that the package has been delivered to your chosen address. If you miss the parcel and need to collect it from a local depot, the home trial will start for 1 week from day of collection. Please obtain proof of postage from your local post office when returning your Try Before You Buy pack.
  • We will contact you 3 times via email/telephone to chase up the return of the Try Before You Buy pack. If, 48 hours after the final attempt to contact you, we have not received the Try Before You Buy pack, then we will charge your card for each frame at full cost.
