Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Summer Bundle Giveaway’ promotion advertised on our Instagram and Facebook pages on 11th June 2020. This “giveaway” is a prize draw which offers entrants the opportunity to win a bundle worth over £260 in total. No purchase necessary. Open to UK residents only. Full details below.

 

1. Conditions of entry – to participate in this Prize Draw, you must satisfy the following:

 

1.1. You must be aged 16 or over.

 

1.2. Only one entry per person; bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted.

 

1.3. You are not permitted to enter if you are our employee or the direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise associated with the Prize Draw.

 

1.4. You must agree and comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree and/or comply, you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified. 

 

2. How to enter – to enter this Prize Draw you will need to:

 

2.1. Follow the Arlo Wolf Instagram Account and/or Facebook Page;

 

2.2. Find the Post;

 

2.3. Like the Post;

 

2.4. Tag a friend in the comments of the post

 

3. Entry period – you can enter the Prize Draw between 12:00 (BST) on 11th June 2020 and 23:59 (BST) on 14th June 2020 (“Closing Date”). Entries will not be accepted after the Closing Date. 

 

4. Winner selection – All Instagram and Facebook entries will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random, after the Closing Date. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the Prize Draw will be entered. 

 

5. Prize – There will be 1 winner and the prize for the winner will be as follows:

 

5.1. 1x pair of Arlo Wolf glasses with Digital Media Lenses (worth a total of £90) as chosen by the winner;

 

5.2. 1x pair or Arlo Wolf sunglasses (with prescription if required, worth £65 in total) as chosen by the winner;

 

5.3. 1x £50 ASOS voucher;

 

5.4. 1x Fresh Pressed summer skincare set by Clinique;

 

5.5. 1x copy of Happy Baking by Leon;

 

5.6. 1x yoga mat;

 

5.7. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by us and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, a cash alternative or any other form of compensation. The Prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. 

 

6. Winner notification – We will announce the winner on the Post and the winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message on 15th June 2020. The winner will be asked to confirm their Instagram or Facebook handle, full name, age, postal address, email address and a contact number, in order to claim the Prize. Where necessary, proof of identity may be required. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Prize Draw if you are unable to provide such details. The Prize must be claimed within 7 days of our notification to you. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the Prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the Prize at our own discretion. 

 

7. Disqualification – We reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize or disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or otherwise, where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in this Prize Draw or won using fraudulent means. Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the Prize Draw. 

 

8. Changes to the Prize Draw – We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any stage where we deem it necessary and/or there are circumstances outside our reasonable control which affects or could affect the proper operation of this Prize Draw, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

9. Information about you – by entering this Prize Draw you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Instagram handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy (https://www.arlowolf.com/privacy-policy/), including where necessary, to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where you are the winner, you agree that we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Draw. By participating in this Prize Draw you confirm and agree that you have obtained the permission of your ‘tagged friend’ for us to hold any personal data provided (including without limitation their Instagram handle) for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw, including without limitation permission for us to transfer their data outside the EEA. 10. Instagram – This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to release the Instagram of any liability caused in respect of this Prize Draw.

 

11. Facebook – This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to release the Facebook of any liability caused in respect of this Prize Draw.

 

12. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the Prize Draw or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.
